The NOMAD Program
The N.O.M.A.D. Program
National Outreach for Multi-Site Advancement of Developmental Visual Learning
NOMAD is ICONIX's national expansion initiative — a systematic approach to planting clinics in communities where families are already raising their hands. Rather than waiting for perfect conditions, we meet demand with action: identifying family clusters, partnering with local institutions, training nearby clinicians, and launching clinics that are built to last.
Build New Clinics
Establish ICONIX-certified learning clinics in underserved regions where families have already demonstrated commitment.
Serve Families Immediately
Pre-qualified families in each region receive access to DVL therapy from day one of a new clinic launch.
Train Local Clinicians
Every NOMAD clinic partners with local practitioners for certification, creating a self-sustaining care ecosystem.
Create Local Jobs
NOMAD clinics are staffed locally, generating meaningful employment while rooting the ICONIX mission in each community.
How the NOMAD Launch Model Works
- 1
Identify regions with 5+ committed families through our national outreach network.
- 2
Partner with a local anchor organization (church, school, or community center) to host the clinic.
- 3
Train and certify one or more local clinicians through the ICONIX practitioner program.
- 4
Launch clinic operations and begin serving pre-enrolled families within 90 days.
- 5
Transition clinic to self-sustaining local ownership within 18–24 months.
“Our mission is to ensure that no family who wants ICONIX therapy is more than 90 minutes from a certified clinic — regardless of geography, income, or zip code.”
