What Is a Pod Leader?
A Pod Leader is a mentor and guide who supports 10–20 homeschooling families through the ICONIX curriculum. You don't teach children directly — you empower parents with the tools, encouragement, and structure they need to succeed. Every Pod Leader is backed by a Pod Specialist for ongoing support.
What You Do
- Host weekly Zoom check-ins with your Pod
- Help families track lessons and progress
- Share encouragement and resources in your Pod Group
- Provide light support when families need guidance
- Lead with warmth — not grades, lesson plans, or grading
